Mostly footprints. After becoming the first man to walk on the moon, BuzzAldrin handed down a bag of trash, which Neil Armstrong took and threw under the lunar module. Armstrong's first photo of the lunar surface shows the bag lying on the surface.
The scientific experiments were all put in place by Aldrin. Armstrong's main job (besides landing the Lunar Module) was to gather samples for return to earth and document (photograph) the setup of the scientific experiments that Aldrin put there.
