Probably a kirtle (petticoat) which would have been linen as it was next to the skin, over which she would have placed a gown (in her will she left a gown embroidered by an English woman to the church to be made into a cope), and then a 3/4 length tunic over the gown, usually held tight in the middle by a girdle (belt), which would have been material, although on state occasions it would have been gold and precious stones (again, in her will she leaves one to the church to be used to hang the lamps from). A mantle (cloak) would have gone over the whole lot, and on her head would have been a couvre-chef (where we get the word kerchief from), which she would hold in place with a circlet (as duchess I expect it would have been precious metal).
