Most of Wilson's '14 Points' were never accepted. They were conciliatory toward Germany and remarkably progressive. His suggestion for a 'League of Nations', a predecessor to the United Nations, was adopted by many nations, but not by his own country, the US, which did not join. Had Wilson's ideas been implemented, the Nazi party would probably never have been formed, and the Second World War might have been avoided.
The 14 points was part the Versailles Treaty after World War 1. See the attached link below.
World War 2 happened. Ergo, it was not prevented by Woodrow Wilson's Fourteen Points of Peace, as it was not prevented by anything else.

The 2 key points from the result of the Battle of Stalingrad which impacted World War 2 in Europe was that it was Germany's first major defeat in the war. Also, from February 2nd until end of the war, the Axis (Germans) began and kept retreating. That's why people say the Battle of Stalingrad was a key turning point of the war in the European Theater.
The Korean War began in 1950, approximately 5 years after World War II ended (August 14, 1945, officially on September 2, 1945).

President Woodrow Wilson died in 1924. World War 2 was 1939-1945. The only contribution he had on World War 2 were his 14 points he wrote during the time France and the European nations were forming the Treaty of Versailles during World War 1. Unfortunately, the people did not listen to Wilson. Had they shown mercy to Germany World War 2 probably would never have existed. SEE related link below.
