I don't know the exact wording, but the idea of it said that, we could be set free if we signed the paper that was given out almost daily, and that included giving up being one of Jehovah's Witnesses and worshippng Hitler rather than Jehovah. Hope that helps. :)

Here is an approximate English translation of the declaration of release which the SS tried to force the International Bible Students (now known as jehovah's Witnesses) to sign upon arriving at the Nazi concentration camps:

Concentration camp ................................................

Department ..................

DECLARATION

I, ............................................................... born on ..................................................

in ................................................................ herewith make the following declaration:

1. I have come to know that the International Bible Students Association is proclaiming erroneous teachings and under the cloak of religion follows hostile purposes against the Nazi State.

2. I have therefore left the organization entirely and made myself absolutely free from the teachings of this sect.

3. I herewith give assurance that I will never again take any part in the activity of the International Bible Students Association. Any persons approaching me with the teaching of the Bible Students, or who in any manner reveal their connections with them, I will denounce immediately. All literature from The Bible Students that should be sent to my address I will at once deliver to the nearest Nazi police station.

4. I will in the future esteem the laws of the Nazi State, especially in the event of war will I, with any weapon in hand, defend the Fatherland, and join in every way the furtherance of the Nazi ideals.

5. I have been informed that I will at once be taken again into custody if I should act against this declaration given today.

Dated .........................................................................

Signature .................................................................

Basically, the Nazi's were saying 'If you renounce Jehovah as your God and Jesus Christ as your leader, and acknowledge Hitler as the now reigning Messiah on earth, then we will release you from this camp and immediately put you at the front lines with weapons to kill those whom we tell you to kill.' This was a failed ploy to shake the integrity of faithful Witnesses during that dark time.

How many Jehovahs Witnesses are there using WikiAnswers?

I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and I know of at least two more, however, that is an ever changing number given the fluidity of this site and it's members. Last year at this same time, it seemed that there were more than there are now.

Why were the jews gypies jehovas witnesses incureables homosexuals political dissidents soviet prisoners of war and communist liberals targeted during the holocaust?

Quite simply; they were not targeted in the Holocaust. These groups were targets of the Nazis and suffered great oppression. But the groups which were targeted in the Holocaust suffered much harsher conditions and oppression than most of those groups mentioned. Of the groups mentioned: Jehovah's witnesses, 'incureables', homosexuals, political dissidents, communists and liberals [communist liberal is an oxymoron] had most of those imprisoned survive and were given many times the amount of food that was given to those targeted in the Holocaust. Also they were all released from the concentration camps if they renounced their beliefs, where as those who were targeted in the Holocaust were there because of who they were, not what they did or what they believed in.

Was oskar schindler a member of the Holocaust?

We weren't aware that it was a club.Oskar Schindler lived during the time of the Holocaust, and for his actions was named to the "Righteous among the World's Nations" (an honor given to non-Jews who risked their lives to save Jews during the Holocaust).I don't think that makes him a "member of the Holocaust," though.

Did jehovahs witnesses ever claim to be prophets?

A Prophecy is a Divine prediction. A Prophet is one who announces the prophecy. Announcing the end is coming and going door to door in hopes of saving many, fits the criteria of being prophets. Though, no Witness has any sper natural powers given to them by god. Witnesses beleive they act with god's spirit as a power.

Do jehovahs witnesses believe in dreams?

The Bible mentions individuals who received visions from God and they had a specific purpose. They showed a specific message or direction to be given or taken in order to accomplish his will or purpose. We now have the completed Bible so it would seem not needed since we have his will recorded in the scriptures.
