I don't know the exact wording, but the idea of it said that, we could be set free if we signed the paper that was given out almost daily, and that included giving up being one of Jehovah's Witnesses and worshippng Hitler rather than Jehovah. Hope that helps. :)

Here is an approximate English translation of the declaration of release which the SS tried to force the International Bible Students (now known as jehovah's Witnesses) to sign upon arriving at the Nazi concentration camps:

2. I have therefore left the organization entirely and made myself absolutely free from the teachings of this sect.

3. I herewith give assurance that I will never again take any part in the activity of the International Bible Students Association. Any persons approaching me with the teaching of the Bible Students, or who in any manner reveal their connections with them, I will denounce immediately. All literature from The Bible Students that should be sent to my address I will at once deliver to the nearest Nazi police station.

4. I will in the future esteem the laws of the Nazi State, especially in the event of war will I, with any weapon in hand, defend the Fatherland, and join in every way the furtherance of the Nazi ideals.

5. I have been informed that I will at once be taken again into custody if I should act against this declaration given today.

Basically, the Nazi's were saying 'If you renounce Jehovah as your God and Jesus Christ as your leader, and acknowledge Hitler as the now reigning Messiah on earth, then we will release you from this camp and immediately put you at the front lines with weapons to kill those whom we tell you to kill.' This was a failed ploy to shake the integrity of faithful Witnesses during that dark time.
