a diet high in protein with lots of meats....to add muscle you need a caloric surplus, but that doesn't mean you should eat everything in site

eggs are high in protein and are a great way to start off the day, and lean meat sandwich is good for lunch and lean means and chicken breast is good for dinner

any fruits and low fat foods are good snacks as well...dont be afraid to check out some low fat protein powder for when you hit the gym, im currently on whey protein and it works great
