The states need to give full faith and credit to public acts, records, and judicial procedings of the other states in an effort to maintain order and a sense of authority. The governmental rulings would be null and void if they were to contradict eachother. States might start fighting and arguing over these details and eventually it may have the power to tear us a part as a nation.
