Because warm air can carry more moisture w/o causing condensation than cold air. If you had the moisture barrier at the cold side warm moist air would hit the cold surface and fall out as condensation, leaving water in the insulation.

The effect of the insulation is to stop electric currents flowing where they should not.
As you should know, the purpose of insulation is to create dead air space. DEAD air does not transfer temperatures.

get low temperature bulbs for lights and also a can of expanding insulation foam and spray foam in the holes above lights. There are two things that should have been done, sorry. New recessed fixtures have what is called zero clearance. What this allows is for insulation to be installed adjacent too and over the fixture without a heat build up. There were cases with the old type fixtures that insulation was placed over the fixtures and it couldn't dissipate the heat from the lamps and the fixtures caught fire. The other thing that should have been done is to get a vapour barrier boot with the purchase of the fixture. What this does is provides a dome for the fixture to be installed into without sacrificing the vapour barrier envelope. This dome is caulked to the vapour barrier to make a airtight seal. This dome is also used with the zero clearance fixtures to make a complete airtight and insulated installation.
You should put a plastic moisture barrier between the concrete and the studs so that moisture will not get to the insulation.
Insulation should only be stapled on the edge of the stud. That's what the flap on the edges is for. This creates a vapor barrier and if you compress the insulation enough to staple on the sides this reduces the insulation at that point. Insulation has to be fluffed to get the benefit. It is easier, quicker and does not interfere with the sheetrock in any way.
Attic insulation plays an important role in balancing temperature in extreme hot and cold months. It not only maintains a constant temperature in the indoor environment but also provides us some extra storage space.
A #2/0 triplex with an insulation factor of NS75 is rated at 210 amps. A #1/0 triplex with an insulation factor of NS90 is rated at 220 amps.
Columns should be installed in vertical direction only on the other hand pressure vessels can be installed in both vertical and horizontal direction and having certain height limitations for vertical installation.
The spring always goes towards the motor on any thermostat
