In the United States, I would suspect a severe case of caseous lymphadenitis. Outside the United States there are several other important diseases, including a goat pox.
Regardless of the cause, you should have a veterinarian exam the goat to see if it is treatable.
It maybe your suspension that squeaks when ever you go over the speed bumps.
