One of the goals that Hitler, Mussolini and Hirohito shared were the desire for world domination. They were all dictators and they all wanted to expand their power through invading other countries.
Although it would seem that these three men shared a lot in common that is not really the case; their countries and not them shared much in common. Either way, they were part of facist regimes, although Hirohito's power much more limited than Hitler's or Mussolini's. All three wanted to pursue an expansionist policy and were very nationalistic. Their positions in government differ though; Hitler was nominal and effective head of state, Mussolini was only effective head of state because Italy had a king, and Hirohito was nominal and sometimes the effective head of state.
