What do I do I have exactly the same problem He shows off most of the signs and yet its like I don't even exist around him I am just hes best friend the one that was never noticed?

Talk to him when the friend is there. Or when you see them give him a nod or smile or wave. Then start talking to him whenever you can (but don't do the scary text like mad thing. Leave it for a minuet or so the first time then slowly build up speed). Sooner or later he'll want you to met this other friend, or if not. Ask him why he acts like that.
