That is good, but not enough to lose about 10 lbs. To lose weight, you need to be birning around 3000 calories more than you consume a day. While you do burn some by just your body working and by walking around, it is not that significant. 1400 calories is a pretty good diet plan, but trying to lower it by even 100 calories more can make losing weight go faster. (Try something simple, like leaving the milk out of coffee or drinking a Diet Soda instead of regualr or skipping the cheese on a sandwich or leaving off the dressing from a salad. Each of these along can save you around 100 calories or more just by themselves.) Also, try doing something that burns even mroe calories. After running, do some exercises to slowly cool down. You will burn lots of calories as your body continues to move, but won't feel as strenous.
If you are trying to lose weight than counting calories is a great way too do it. I would say 1500 calories a day is a great place too start. Just look at the nutrition lable on the back of stuff.
Yes, they all count. BTW, black coffee doesn't have any calories, so add a little artificial sweetner and you still have zero, then you can add some creamer and only end up with a few calories. BTW, energy drinks have a BUNCH of calories and they aren't very healthy ones.
Yes it can. If you start counting calories it's easy to get obsessed by it. In order to gain weight, or loose it, you don't need to do that.
none, your crazy trying to run up that many stairs, fool!
you don't burn any, you'll get more calories instead
Very few unless you cry while running a marathon. Actually, research shows that if you cry after a night of heavy drinking and don't really know why you are crying then your brain burns a lot of calories trying to figure out why you are crying. If you know why you are crying then you should be running a marathon.
Yes. Calories are calories, it doesn't really matter where they come from. In fact, sugar in liquids are often absorbed more quickly, leaving you more hungry.
There's "no such thing" as negative calories. What people commonly call negative calories is just absence of calories or energy. (Like trying to explain zero) If you burn off the calories that you consumed for the day you then start burning excess energy (fat) that your body has stored.
About 1500 calories
There are 204 calories in Chicken and Rice but if you have no choices of sauce or spices then it will be ony 123 calories. Rice has only 70 calories if you add salt. If you are trying to eat healthy then add no spices or salt to your foods.
the average person will burn 11 calories per minute but the higher and the faster you go you could burn up to 20 calories. if you are trying to lose some weight i would suggest doing jump rope for an hour a day and then you have already burned 660 calories. you be amazed with the results
it isn't the same thing as calories, i am trying to find out the same thing :/ hope you get your answer
