Most all that have 13 inch rims. Some older 14 inch also. The spacing on the lugs varies.
you do not need to change your brakes, but the extra wait from the rims will burn up your brakes alot quicker. if u have the money it is best to put on some slotted roters
yes 17 inch rims can fit on a civic but you may have to cut some of the wheel arch to get a better fit!
