Jews haven't gone on pilgrimage in almost 2000 years.
They go to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in particular to Mecca and Madina and some other surrounding locations.

There is no specific time that Jewish people must go inside. If you mean a curfew of some sorts, there is none.
They wore thick jackets and normal clothes. If they were going into hiding they would wear loads and loads of jacket and clothes on top of each another as know Jewish dared to go out with a suitcase.

There is no pilgrimage in modern Judaism.
The Jewish limitations in ww2: -couldn't go out past 8:00 -had to wear a Jewish star for identification -buissnisess were shut down by Nazis -there were certain places that did not allow Jews
