Partial answer:

Jews pray from a book - a siddur - during the week and on sabbath, or a machzor on festivals.

Jewish men wear a prayer shawl or tallit for morning prayers which has fringes on each of the corners, and a hat or smaller head covering or Kippah.

They also wear phylacteries or tefilin - leather boxes containing hand written scriptures, which are bound to the arm and head with leather straps.

It depends on the person. Some only pray in Hebrew (which is the language of Jewish people and Israeli's) It is said, jokingly, that prayers said in Hebrew are answered before prayers said in any other language. Some mix their 1st language and Hebrew. Some only pray in there 1st language. There are prayers that are spoken for waking up, getting dressed, going to work, etc... If they say these prayers, it is between themselves and G-d. There are prayers for holidays, for death, for birth, you name it... There are prayers in hebrew for everything and anything. And if you're praying for something specific, (ie, for a loved one to make it back home safe., to win at bingo, or to pass a test) it can be said in your 1st language or in hebrew. It depends on the person doing the praying.

But all the Jews in all the world do the same thing when they pray: They speak to G-d.

For private prayer, nothing is required; not even words.

For public prayer, generally speaking, Jews require only a prayer book and kippah (head covering). Other requirements vary based on what kind of service it is.

During weekday morning services, a Jewish man (and a non-orthodox Jewish woman) requires a kippah (head covering), at tallit or tallis (prayer shawl) and tefillin (leather boxes strapped to the head and arm).

During Shabbat morning, only a tallit and kippah are required.

It depends on the type of prayers. Some prayers require the individual to be standing, others can be done sitting. Some are private and aren't voiced while others are voiced.

Items that help Jews pray in a synagogue are prayer books and the torah. Jews also have other items, such as a kippah or a tallit, but these things are usually brought by the person.
