this is an instruction given in the Quran itself which has to be followed.Scientifically also ,before concentrating the mind,freshness is always preffered and removal of lethargic behavior is also gained.The best answer to it is when you enter your house after doing work on workplace,you go to be freshed before attending to joyness.THERE ARE STEPS IN WUDU AS UNDER WELL EXPLAINED.,

1-WASHING INITIAL PARTS OF HAND/FINGERS WELL ONLY THREE TIMES.

2-WASHING INSIDE OF MOUTH /TEETH WELL ONLY THREE TIMES BY GARGLING.

3-WASHING MOUTH OUTSIDE FROM FOREHEAD TO CHIN ONLY THREETIMES.

4-WASHING NOSE INSIDE TO ACTIVATE YOUR SENSES,ONLY THREE TIMES.

5-WASHING BOTH HANDS UPTO KNEE ONLY THREETIMES.

6-MAKING MASA,TOBE LEARNT.

7-LASTLY WASHING BOTH LEGS WELL ONLY THREETIMES.

Muslims pray five times a day and every time they pray, they do wadu. in wadu they wash their bottom half, face, ears, neck (all around), hands up to elbows, and feet up to ankles.
