This really isn't a question. If you are referring to fog lines on the road they are broken for roads and driveways only. White lines are between lanes that are traveling in the same direction. The broken white lines indicate whether it is alright for someone to pass another car.

Double solid yellow is between two lanes of traffic with oppsing directions. This indicates no passing a vehicle that is traveling the same direction by moving to the oposing lane momentarily. You have to stay in your lane. Solid white is a line between two lanes going the same direction, but indicates changing lanes is not admissable unless safety concerns exist. Again, you have to stay in your lane.
A shared left turning lane is a lane found in the center of a two-way road that is used exclusively for left turn movements and may be used by vehicles traveling either direction down the roadway. It is NOT a traffic lane nor should it be used for passing.
