Quick weight lose is very dangerous for the body. As you do this it depletes the body of the good fat that you need to have energy and it affects you in the wrong way.
Doctors recommend that everyone exercise, whether trying to lose weight or not. The benefits of exercise to overall health are vast. And when trying to lose weight, the benefits are multi-fold. For these reasons, doctors do not recommend trying to lose weight by diet alone for most individuals.
Doctors don't recommend low calorie diets like that. Doctors say weight loss should not be more than 8 lbs a month.
they say soaking in empson salt will help you lose weight .how does this work?
I think they say with diet and excercise you should be able to lose at least 2 pounds a week. I would say that at 210 you should be able to drop 10-15 pounds rather quickly. Depending on height, age and sex. Women tend to lose weight slower and the older you get the harder it is to lose. For a quick answer without any other info I would say 10-20 pounds. No alcohol either!! I think they say with diet and excercise you should be able to lose at least 2 pounds a week. I would say that at 210 you should be able to drop 10-15 pounds rather quickly. I would probably say yes, because I am trying to lose weight for this summer, and my dad told me that it could help you lose weight quick as long as you follow the program and diet. We are also working out in the afternoon and often going to the pool, and I guess there is one more ingredient to fast weight loss.
I would say no. But it's a fish. Fish are very healthy and lean. So maybe you won't lose weight, but you're weight will stay the same.
No. There's no kinds of certain juices or foods that help you lose weight. The only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than you burn. Usually people just say something will help lose weight to get people to buy their product.
If you are referring to the past tense, then yes you would say, "I have lost some weight."
Um, you could lose it all. As they used to say in my generation "Speed Kills."
Depends on what you do with them i guess. I wouldn't say they work 'well' to lose weight, they are generally used more for toning exercises. But using one will make you lose more weight than doing nothing!!
I say sports
It depends on how big you are, let's say your in the more heafty side you tend to lose more weight faster but as you get small it tends to go down.
