Well, I have a lot of men that are friends of mine and the most that we talk about is Video Games, and will change the subject after five seconds.
It will vary depending on the guy, a lot as said above will mention video games but remember that a lot of men can be shy and they will probably talk about what interest most not thinking what the girl wants to talk about. You can simply tell them to allow you to talk, or tell them to calm down, it's fine because while they're shy, they probably won't stop being shy until they're comfortable.
