Humans rely on the plants' use of photosynthesis for several "keep us alive" reasons
People who live onyl only plants (vegetarians and vegans) eat the plants and use the nutirents to survive. It is commonly done and is not very hard to do.
Oxygen
Plants being at the bottom of the food chain do not require anything from humans. They are produces meaning they produce their own energy. The only way they depend on humans is to produce carbon dioxide for photosynthesis. Humans, along with every other consumer and decomposer depends on plants as the basis of all energy. example- if you remove the base of a tower the whole tower will fall, however if you remove the top of the tower the base will be unaffected.
Other examples of the ecosystem are trees, water, plants, and humans. These are examples od an ecosystem because we rely on trees to give us oxygen, plants rely on us to give them Carbon dioxide, both trees and plants depend on water, and animals depend on plants to eat.
The oxygen that plants make is taken up by humans. The humans take the oxygen and transform it into carbon dioxide. When the humans do this then the plants take it and change it back into oxygen. This is a never-ending cycle, without plants, humans and animals would die out, without humans and animals, plants would die out.
Humans are heterotrophs. Plants are autotrophs.
survival
They are things that rely on others. Example: Humans rely on plants and animals so they are consumers.
Other than bees and humans for watering them, plants can live off of rain and sunlight.
Plants need sunlight, and every other living creature depends on plants existing. Most objects need to be created by humans who rely on animals that rely on plants, as well as needing plants. Just about everything needs sunlight.
The only species that has to rely on currency to survive - is humans !
No organism can exist without other organisms. Plants rely on bacteria, fungi, and invertebrates in the soil to make nutrients available to them. The soil organisms rely on the plants to provide food for them. The animals that eat the plants, the herbivores, rely on the plants for food, and thus they also rely on the soil organisms. The soil organisms and the plants benefit from the herbivores because they provide additional fertilizer for the soil in the form of manure. Most plants rely on pollinators to help them make seeds, and the pollinators rely on those plants for food. Carnivores rely on all of the above organisms so that they have herbivores to eat. Without the carnivores, the herbivore population would get out of control, and the plants would be overeaten. Without the herbivores, the plants would overpopulate and alter the balance of the ecosystem in a harmful way."No organism is independent" refers to the food chain. It means that every organism is dependent on some other organism for its life. Only plants are somewhat independent as they are only dependent on sun to make food.

Animals do not rely on photosynthesis - plants do. Animals cannot make their own food. That's why they can move around.

photosynthesis. All carbohydrates are either obtained from plants or from animals that ultimately rely upon plants as the base of the food chain.
