there are a ton of dates that you can arrange that don't require much cash. for example: go to the park in the evening/hang out in the back yard and stargaze or watch a movie together on your computer.
if your girlfriend doesn't respect that even though you're broke you are trying your best for her, she definitely doesn't deserve you.
and about the parents thing: as a thirteen year old, i had never told my parents about my boyfriends. in the end, it really only makes things more difficult. if you can, try to get her to tell her dad. if that isn't going to happen, have her go to a friends house.
in the end, you should know that you're only thirteen. and although it may seem better to go on more sophisticated dates, us older people miss those days when it was enough to hold hands in the park. Take it easy, loverboy. i hope you enjoy the simplicity while it lasts.
