When you have a urinary tract infection (UTI), also called a bladder infection, it could cause the symptom of a little urine leaking out. If the infection is not treated, the bacteria may spread to the kidneys, which are attached to the bladder. Pain from the kidneys feels like Back pain, especially if it's above the waist. It's dangerous to have a kidney infection, so you should seek medical care. A UTI should be treated and cured (with antibiotics) before it spread to the kidney. You can still cure the infection if it is in the kidneys, but it should be done as soon as possible.
