Personally, I take time out from everything, sit on a comfortable rug and stare at a spot on the wall. I don't know why, but it seems to blanken my mind and calm me down. I don't weather it only works for me, but you might as well give it a go.
tell her all about a fun time that she doesn't remember she will start to calm down you can also try to leave her alone for like 10 minutes then she will calm down
You can also do things to help her out around the house. Look for little things like a cup on the table or if the table needs cleaned up or the floor needs sweeped. All these things, if you do them for her she will not only be happy, but it's one less thing for her to do and complain about.
Another thing is to let her rest, make her breakfast in bed, or make supper, or do the dishes. I know you won't want to, but it really does calm her down and score you brownie points. Try not to fight it is hard sometimes, but just do what she tells you to.
If you follow these simple steps I can assure you will feel better.Be happy don't worry .A song I used to sing .Another tip by Kelly Jerten:D
