Praise be to Allah. They make the day like the last day because only Allah know when death comes to them while they don't. So, it is the best to make a day like it's the very last by doing good deeds for the sake of Allah.

∙ 12y agoA Muslim first gets up then eats a breakfeast of a sheeps head (no joke), then prays, then goes to school if their younger or go to work when their older. They pray 3 times while they're at work or c=school, then come homeand pray before they eat. They take a shower and go to bed.

For food quantity : allah told us in the quran to eat and drink and don't exceed he don't like those who do this .
the prophet Muhammad told us to make 1/3 of the capacity of your stomach for food and 1/3 for liquid and 1/3 for air "so you can breath freely ".

∙ 10y agoIslam does not have a "day of rest" like Judaism or Christianity do. Prayer occurs on Friday, but Friday is a normal workday in several Muslim countries and part of the weekend in several others.
