How does the eu effect migration in the UK?

Truthfully - the EU does nothing to control migrants coming to the UK. If they did - there wouldn't be a huge 'refugee' camp in France holding tens of thousands of people waiting for their chance to attempt to enter the UK illegally !

MIGRANTS ACTUALLY SEEK FOR SAMENESS. MIGRANTS BEING NEW IN A COUNTRY OF DESTINATION SEEK PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLING AND GENEROUS TO HELP THEM... Why is Germany criticizing the UK's position on taking migrants when the vast majority of them will finally get to the UK anyway?

The supposition that the majority will end up in the United Kingdom is not correct. Germany has a much more accepting policy towards migrants and therefore, most migrants that get to Germany will stay in Germany unless ejected. Germany is arguing that the United Kingdom should do its fair share to take on migrants and the UK refuses because it is afraid of cultural problems that could result from the migration. It is a thorny and complex issue and both the German and British positions have a degree of legitimacy.

Why are people against immigration workers?

umm.. sure yuppers i think soo... idk check the web! In the last 15 years, there has been net inward migration to the UK. The rise started in around 1997. Between 1991 and 2006 there was a net inward migration into England of nearly 1.9 million people. The net annual inflow did not fall below 145,000 from 1998 onwards. It hit a peak of 236,000 in 2004. The polish migrants arrived in the UK to work and more polish and places like that wants to make a living in the UK. These are some people views the police are always breaking up fights in the streets between different groups of Europeans in our neighbourhood. Also the families of the migrant workers put a huge strain on our schools and healthcare. Many polish children don't speak much English so teachers spend more time explaining work they have to do. But this man is really angry, I live in Suffolk village of just 235 people when 95 east Europeans came to work in the local food processing plant our lives change overnight. My local pub became their local club. Polish migrants contributed to the £1.9 billion to the government in taxes and national insure in 2007. Some people like to think that migrants like to live off benefits, but they want to work and they take jobs we do not want to do. They can be very bright, cheerful and polite and are prepared to work long hours unlike some UK people who like to do the bare minimum, to support their families. It is a fact is that polish migrants are three times more law abiding that British people on average. Also the industries welcomed migrant workers because there were a shortage of skilled plumbers and construction worker. Other sectors such as agriculture, health and the hotel industry would not have been able to meet the demands of customers without the migrants. Cons of migration in the UK The cons of migration in the UK are people that migrants miss my family and some cases have been people try to smuggle people in and change in culture like food. UK citizens feel estranged sometimes as this is not their own country or culture because people like to change it. Some people cannot speak the language. More people going to public schools puts strain on schools to provide placements for children. There is higher unemployment because there is the same number of jobs but more people so it is the same people working but more unemployment and the migrants do the work for less money. Crime goes up because people want things they cannot afford and start to steel things because there is higher unemployment. Also it increases opportunities for employers to exploit temporary migrants in the field and could put downward pressure on wages in the lower paid jobs because migrants are willing to do the work for less. Pros The migrants help keep the economy moving by filling low-wage unwanted jobs and it creates a pool of consumers for a variety of goods and services. Farmers are able to plant and harvest food with the student migrants at less expense. Their contributions to social security funds often go unclaimed and migrants pay taxes and most of the migrants are property owners, also pay real estate taxes. Millions of migrants mostly students rent properties in depressed areas where renters are hard to find. Migrants benefit financial services through consumer loans they open bank accounts that yield interest and dividends to bankers. There are a lot of issue that we as a country have to overcome the short term issues are, it will be difficulties in housing them and the UK people that want housing. The school placement and completion for jobs will have huge strain because it is getting more densely populated but there are still the same amount of jobs, so more people are unemployed. How they could address the issues use work permits. They are provisional status given by the government, allowing them to work legally in the UK. Also the number of permits they give out.

Where migrants live?

Migrants - unlike immigrants, who move from one country to settle in another - are people who migrate from place to place not putting down roots. Just like immigrants they can be from anywhere and move to anywhere they are not one nationality of people. So, in answer, migrants can live anywhere but not permanantly.xx
