Science says that when we die, that is the end. It does not attempt to determine whether there is an afterlife, and is neutral about belief in heaven or hell.
Religion asserts that we have a soul. The Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) say that the soul goes to heaven after the end of our earthly life. Some other religions say that we are reincarnated until we achieve perfect knowledge and godness, then we go to paradise and live among the gods.
Philosophy is still discussing the end of life.

to my mind, philosophy, religion, and science, have the same purpose and end- to search what is true. philosophy tends to answer questions about reality, knowledge, morality, truth, and beauty, using reason. reason is the only tool that shall be used in attaining truth, how we use it to know the underlying structure of what exists and of materials provided to us. this makes it different from others, as long as possible, it doesn't hold anything from mysticism and faith (which are matters of religion), and confines itself not only to the observable reality (which is the starting point of science). whereas religion explains the cosmic purpose, and science the cosmic order, philosophy explains both.
