resistor is located right by the blower motor itself ..Follow the electrical wires. It will look like a flat chip board from a cell phone!
Look below the glove box to the left. Google blower motor resistor for 2003 Toyota Corolla to see what it looks like and you cannot miss it.
: On the Ford Focus, the resistors are attached to a blue rectangular plastic carrier.

it is under the clove box behind the blower motor you will see it if you look its a black box
The blower motor resister block is located in the center of the dash. Remove the complete glovebox and look to the left and you will see it...............
The blower motor relay is located behind the glove box compartment beside the blower motor resistor. When you remove the glove box compartment, just look to the left of the resistor and the relay is located directly beside it with a metal retaining frame holding both the resistor and the relay.
On the passenger side underneath the dash, look for a connector with four wires. The blower motor resistor should have two small bolts holding it in place
Look on the top of the blower motor under dash passenger side near glove box area
The blower motor resistor is under the dash and glove compartment on the right side look up on the firewall and or right side. You should be able to remove without much problem.
The resistor pack has 3 resistors on a rectangular blue carrier held down by 1 screw onto the firewall behind the glove box to the left of the blower motor. You have to remove the glove box in order to replace the resistor pack.
The resistor just helps in the different speeds, and isn't used at all during hi speed, Access it under the passenger side of the dash.The resistor, and the blower motor are both easy to get to
