What does the seeds on challah bread symbolize?

An interesting question. I looked it up; and the consensus is that the braiding of the Challah represents unity, intertwining, the central point, innerness, connectedness. The three braids could hint to any of the "threes" in Judaism: kohen Levi Yisroel (the three divisions of families), Torah Neviim Ketuvim (Jewish Bible), the three Sabbath meals, etc.

What is meaning of loaf of bread with candles to Jewish people?

From sunset on Friday evening to sundown Saturday night is considered the Sabbath (Shabbat) for the Jewish people. On Friday at sunset, at least two candles are lit and blessed to welcome in the Shabbat. Traditionally, this is a role of women in Judaism. During Shabbat, there are three meals eaten: One on Friday evening, two on Saturday. At the first two of these meals, challah (the twisted bread) is blessed and eaten. The meals don't begin without two loaves of bread. Any whole loaf of bread can be used, but it is tradional for most Jews to use challah.

What are some jewish symbols and languages?

Two symbols that are instantly recognizable as being Jewish are the Star of David (two overlapping triangles) and the menorah. Others, less common, include depictions of a torah scroll, the tablets of law, the tallit, the Western Wall, mezuzahs, tefillin, challah, the Burning Bush and Moses parting the Red Sea. Three languages are associated with Judaism: Hebrew, Yiddish (a dialect of German) and Ladino, a Romance language.
