Any insect slow enough to capture that doesn't fight back too much or jump away. Large tiger beetles, larger than 15mm, love to eat lady bugs. It seems ants are one of their favorite foods as long as they don't fight back too much or sting. Keep in mind the food has to be size appropriate, if their food is too large they will give up easily trying to capture it. If you use crickets cool them down in the fridge to slow them down or pull off their back set of legs so they can't get jump away.
