Banana, Coffee and Pineapple are the biggest exportation products. In a report prepared by the ESSA in 2005, Honduras had exported 965000 MT of Bananas, 152000 MT of coffee (green).

Hondurans rural people grow many other products, among which we can name are corn, sugarcane, Plantain, tomato, mango, Oranges, grapefruits, watermelon, African palm (mainly for vegetable oil) and most common vegatables and fruits proper of tropical climates. Most are for inner country consumption.
