There is no alternate term for larger aquariums.
You simply call it whatever you wish to call it. I have a fish tank called Claud.
The tank is a 90 Gal acrylic model
Any reptile you choose to put into the large fish tank provided it will fit and you know how to look after it properly.
Yes they will be happy because they can sleep in the plants and on the gravel. But the fish tank should be large for the fish so it has more room.I would get a large fish tank at petco they are a good price and work GREAT.
It depends on how much water and how pressure is on the tank.
A person can purchase a very large fish tank online when one goes to the website of petsmart dot com. There one can find very large fish tanks for about $400.
If the tank is large enough. For rearing young Oscars a 50 gallon tank is about right for 5 fish.
A Sea Horse.
Aquarium
it wont grow as large as if it was in a larger tank
I would call any tank over 72 ins x 24 ins x 24 ins a large tank. Anything below 48 ins by 18 ins x 18 ins. I would class as small. Anything below 24 ins x 12 ins x12 ins is TINY and barely big enough to house any fish properly.
about 10 gal per fish
