What do you do about a bully that will fight you if she finds you alone?

I think you should ask for help. You could ask your officers or teachers or whoever has an authority. If you think that bully will only fight you when you're along then you could do an entrapment. Pretend that you're alone and expose yourself to that bully while the officers are hiding somewhere. It will be caught in the act if he/she fall to the bait.
If its in school then tell the principal or a teacher and your parents. If she will only fight you when you are alone its probably because she doesn't want to get in trouble by having other people see her,its also possible that she could be afraid that if she fights you when you are with one or more of your friends that she will get her butt kicked...over all ask for help first,and if it comes to a one on one fight and you absolutely can't avoid it then you either take the beating and tell later or stand and fight,if you chose to fight then fight to survive,and fight dirty if you have to.
