Well, my friend, I can't tell you what to do. I can tell you what I would do but I can't say what would be best in your situation. Personally, I would try my best to forget him. If you've tried that or you think it might be impossible, you should think of why he hates you. If it's a stupid reason, ask yourself whether or not he is worth it. If he is, I would try to fix it. If you did something bad to him, do something nice for him. If he just doesn't like your personality, he isn't worth it and you shouldn't try to change for him. That's just my advice.
