Nothing. That is perfectly normal! When we baught our Chihuahua she had floppy ears!
Your chi's ears will stand up when the cartlidge in it's ears strengthens.
No...chihuahua puppies ears tend to flop over. As your puppy gets older the cartlidge in their ears will get stronger and your chihuahua's ears will stay up.

chihuahuas can protect themselves by their speed,or hiding.It will probably hide but if it can't then it will snarl and will definitely not turn its back on its enemy
