Yes, that would be a great time to win her (u are speaking to a girl right now :) On the other hand, if she is really just wants to be friends, don't try for a while (maybe a few months) because if you keep trying to win her over...... she will stop being friends with you altogether (and I know from experience, one of my guy friends used to have a crush on me and it got really annoying, we are friends now, but it took a while to become friends again :(
