The keys on your keyboard can be pulled up and carefully cleaned. You also clean the surface the keys are attached to, avoiding any electronic components visible. You must be careful when removing the keys, you could damage the locking mechanism. I would suggest a forum for your exact model of computer. That will let you know how your keys connect and the best way to remove them. You could also attempt to blow out the keyboard with air, cleaning out dust and dislodging any tiny object that may have gotten stuck under a key. They sell the air in most stores.

Hey,, maybe a part from the inner side is broken or cracked which makes it hard to press, the best thing you can do is replace it. I too had a problem like this and someone suggested me to get a new key and told me about this company

Just last week i received my keys and they work really great :)

Pop the key out with a knife or something and clean off the sides. You can do this with your entire keyboard just make sure that you know how to put them all back on.
