What do you do if the Windows display freezes after startup and the power supply is really hot?

The display is probably freezing because the grafic card or processor is getting to hot. When this happened to me I had to install more fans in my computer case to help cool the system. R. > Check your power supply, It could be bad.

i depends what type of computer you have, some computers have different functions that occur when the f8 key is pressed. Also it depends on what program you are running in the foreground window. For example: on my Lenovo X220 Tablet, F8 does nothing in google chome, when i move to another app, it might do something. Or if I press Function+ F8 it gives me pointing device options. Like I said it all depends on what program or computer you have.
