There's a possibility her making out with the other friend was to experiment, or didn't happen at all (the other friend could be into her, and not wanting anyone else to go after her. It's a bit of a reach, but sometimes you gotta think of all the possibilities). If she isn't into girls, then it's best to try and move on. If she sometime down the road tells you she's into girls, then tell her how you feel. Or, just tell her how you feel now. It might be awkward, but you never know. The worst she can do is reject you. I wish you the absolute best!
