What do you do if you are not allowed to shave wax etc you legs and you realllllly need to?

If you are of legal age then you do not need your parents permission. However if you are not then talk to your mother and explain why you want to shave your legs. If the hair is unsightly then I feel sure that she will understand. Mothers are understanding when approached properly.

Shave your legs?
Shaving your legs is really easy! Just follow these steps; Step 1: either in shower or bath let your legs soak for a few minutes Step 2: on wet legs lather on shave cream or gel for legs ( soap won't assure a nice shave) make sure you really rub it around to get the hairs standing Step 3: starting above your ankle in one stroke glide the razor up the leg stopping where you want. You don't need to apply much pressure at all and be careful around the knees! Step 4: make sure to rinse your razor after every stroke, and go around the leg with that same stroke. Step 5: carefully pat your legs dry with a towel Step 6: apply lots of moisturiser to your legs Enjoy your lovely legs!
