As a general rule, return merchandise at the place where you originally bought it. No store wants to pay you for merchandise that you bought somewhere else; they never received any money for it.
I have never received one or bought one myself but reviews I have read seem to think they are.
Your states MVD will tell you how IN Arizona call 480-200-9026 it will have to be a BONDED TITLE for Arizona

Pure diamonds are just carbon interlinked very strongly so almost never break but fake diamonds are not pure therefor can break. So if it's a real diamond they are not mixtures.
Watches never contain diamonds (except possibly as nonfunctional external decoration). Mechanical watches with "jeweled bearings" use either rubies or sapphires for these bearings, not diamonds.
I've never heard of that but good luck.
Well then technically you were not severed if you never received them ...
You have a seven in ten chance you never see them again.
Go to the DMV and register for one. It costs extra but they should be able to do it
Diamonds Were Never Made, They Are A Natural Substance. However in more recent times, it is possible to produce a synthetic diamond by the compression or carbon, however it is very expensive.
I believe so, but I have never bought stuff online.
