First, you should stablish a relation by not being on your horse (scrub him, give him food,...) . When you and the horse have a good relation, if you mount him you'll feel safe.
either have lessons to build confidence or sell it and get a calmer horse!
Well, if your horse and you are very close. It Should feel safe with you any were you take it. I have a blind horse, we were very close and everywhere i took her if it was in bushland or just in the paddock she didn't hesitate or feel scared. Hope this helps.
Many things, maybe the horse is nervous, and feels un safe with their rider. The horse could also be angry with the rider, plus, temperment mean alot with this kind of thing Hope that helped!! also it may be where the animal is being worked if it don't feel safe then you wont be safe
A herd is what makes a horse feel safe and is how the species has survived all this time. They also need 4 good solid limbs and a place to run away from possible danger (so a horse won't feel safe in a stall where it is isolated and cannot run, until he learns he is OK, but it can be very stressful for the horse and can cause fatal ulcers until he does learn.)
Horse club is perfectly safe for children although you do have to moneter.
what does a horse feel when it put its ears flat

Yes. Children should feel safe in school. Children who do not feel safe in school have difficulty learning.
It is very safe to turn a horse out without a halter. I work at a horse farm, and the only horses we turn out with halters on are those that are VERY hard to catch. Or if the horse has a tendency to escape.
I am using it , I feel safe.
