If you are refering to nasal congestion. If you have pets in the bed you could be allergic to them. It could also be due to feather pillow and Allergies. Make sure you do not have a feather comforter or a goose down pillow or comforter,or wool blanket. Some people also have allergies to the dust mite that live in our beds.
