I'll just write what I would do. This would depend on where I met him, how well we knew each other. If we were actually friends, I would call him and ask how he was doing and mention getting together. If this was someone who lives far away ... a letter or e-mail is going to work very well. If this is some guy who has no idea you're alive, you have never talked to him but you admire him from afar well...found out where he lives, grab your girlfriends, hop in the car and make a day of stalking him and enjoying his hotness from afar. Eventually maybe he'll notice you and either be afraid or flattered. :)
