What do you do if you kissed a guy your friend likes?

Well, if you kissed him, then tell your friend that you like him, and that it was a spur of the moment type thing.

Tell your friend to get over it. Harsh, but she just has to face reality. Just because she likes the guy doesn't mean you cant either. If it was her boyfriend then yeah, you definitely shouldn't have done that. But she isn't even dating the boy, so you haven't done anything wrong. Shes just got a crush on him, right? Crushes come and go all the time. She'll live! Tell her its not fair for her to just control who you like. You can't tiptoe around your friend's feelings. if you like him, then you go for it. I'm not saying you should forget about your friend. Just try and explain to her that you like him too and that the kiss you shared meant a lot to you.

I do not agree with the answer above. This very situation happened to me. I had a friend named Kim and another friend named Gibbiarra. We both liked Gibbiarra and were best friends. I accepted her crush and didn't get mad at her for liking him. But she still kisses him and my world was torn apart. I wept and was miserable for months. The thing that hurt the most was that she knew. She knew I loved him, but she didn't care. She knew it would have hurt me, and she knew she could have moved on to another guy for me. But she still did it and she told me in the worst way, that she would keep Gibbiarra. It happened a year ago and I still feel torn up. They are no longer together but are friends. Kim and I lost our friendship. I feel miserable by the sight of her. and I may not recover for a while.

Basically, all you have to do is tell her that you are truly sorry. Talk to her, let her know she is your friend and explain your kiss. Don't let this happen to your friend.

I do not agree with the answer above. I'm sorry, I know you've gone through a lot but why shouldn't your friend be happy just because you like the same guy as her? The boy blatantly just wasn't interested in you in that way, but evidently liked your mate. So why couldn't you just let her be happy? Why ruin it for her? I feel for you, I do. but the expectations someone has for their friend just annoys me. I don't see why she was expected to give the boy up just because someone else liked him at the same time.

Anyway, the person who actually wrote this question. Can I ask, what did you decide to do in the end? Hope it all turned out well.

If your friend is jealous because you kissed a boy, that does not speak very well of your friend's maturity or loyalty as a friend. There are other boys to kiss, your friend should find one too.

Depends if you like their crush too bad for them, if you don't just tell the boy/girl you dont like them but your friend does see what they say
