Continue being her friend, wait until she breaks up with her boyfriend (let it have NOTHING to do with you!), and remind her when you think she's ready for another relationship that you still like her and would love to take her out sometime. Just cut her loose and find someone else. She doesn't deserve to have a boyfriend and another waiting on her while you have no girlfriend at all. And once you got her, could you really trust her? How do you know she's not telling someone else she likes them while she is with you?
