Click on forgot my password under the sign in box. Then tell them your e-mail address and answer the security question that you picked when you made the myspace.
once typed you cant change it, but if it's user-name or password they both can be changed under the account setting menu.

just tell that person or you can email that website and tell them that you forgot the password. they will email it to you. if it was on this website, next to the word it says lost password. just click on that. it will tell you the right password.
