You would be better off to leave him alone. If he ignores you, you have probably scared him off. If he truly likes you, he will come to you. But kudos for telling him how you feel, it takes guts to do that!

Depends on how you told him. Maybe he is shocked at what you have told him and gets nervous around you so then he just ignores you. Or it could be that he just doesn't feel the same and he doesn't want to hurt you but he doesnt know how to do that.
