Good friends stick together through good and bad so you also have the opportunity to communicate with your friends that they are changes in their personality and they are not good changes and if you friend is willing this is where you can help them out by being honest with them. If they chose to go down the wrong path in life and you can't handle it then you are going to have to breakup the friendship.
