I would have a serious talk with him that it makes me feel weird. If he continues, do something to annoy him back. If he is a really close friend you should probably know what annoys him. But don't do anything involved with Allergies, whether it is serious or not.

Of course, the first step is communication. You have to talk to them about this to solve this (probably). If by 'annoyed easy' you mean if you just didn't do what she told you to do, or in a talent show she wanted to be in a group with you but you wanted to go solo, tell them that you do have a mind of your own, and that no offence, but that not everyone is going to like their ideas. If it is something like you teasing them about their crush or whatever, and them going all huffy on you, they are obviously a serious, not so thick-skinned person(um-no offence intended there!). If they ignore what you say, especially if they are a Type A annoyed easy person, you might want to find a better friend(s).
