What do you do if your long lost love broke your heart and got married to someone else and now wants you back and he was terrible to you when you broke up It has been years but he says he has changed?

Piece of advise: people don't change. Specially when a man says he's changed... usually is not the case. We, as humans, tend to become vulnerable and fragile when feelings, such as love, come into play. We tend to forget the pain that others inflicted on us when we want to be loved. Of course every case is different, but what I would do is, if you do want to go back to him, is take it very very carefully, and always keep in mind that you are a beautiful person that deserves every bit of respect and appreciation. This man says he wants you back and he has changed? Well, let him prove that is true.
Oh, and make sure his other relationship has ended. Good luck.

I would probably be pretty mad with her. I wouldn't talk to either of them again. That is terrible and mean in so many ways. If he broke your heart, she is breaking it even more by dating him now.
