Most likely, they are fighting for territory, so separate them and scrub your cage really well and replace the water and food so they think the place is new. If they are old and their claws are sharp, then make them walk on a rough brick or sandpaper so their claws are not as sharp. Your hamsters probably wont fight each other anymore..... Unless the really hate each other that much...
